Save the Date! Saturday, December 2 is Empty Bowls 2023! We are busy making bowls and gearing up for a fabulous event!
Empty Bowls at Oakton is part of a nonprofit, global movement that has raised millions of dollars for food banks, soup kitchens, and other meal programs. The Ceramics Club will host the Empty Bowls event on December 2nd, 2023 at the Ten Hoeve Center at Des Plaines from 10:30 am-2 pm. Attendees will be able to pick up ceramic artwork at this event and all the proceeds will go to six local food pantries.
The Ceramics Club is accepting donations through Jan. 31, 2024, to once again support local food pantries that are more in need this year — than ever before.
