Pottery with a Purpose
Third through fifth grade students at East Elementary are embarking on a learning journey in ceramics! Learning to throw bowls on the pottery wheel and create hand built bowls using a banding wheel! April 30th, East Elementary will hold an Empty Bowls dinner as a service project to benefit the Allamakee Food Shelf and the Decorah Food Pantry. This project, is made possible through the McElroy Grant. Check this site for pictures and updates as we learn!
