Empty Bowls Drive Through Nov. 13th St. Theodore’s Episcopal Church

Benton County Empty Bowls
Hello all,
Alert to all bowl purchasers in 2021;
Some of you may not be aware that the Event has been changed from a sit down event on November 11th, to a drive-thru event being held on Saturday November 13th, between the hours of 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM. It is still being held at St. Theodore’s Episcopal Church located at 1001 Kingsland Road, Bella Vista, AR 72714.
When you enter the parking lot you will be directed to a person that will give you a menu of soups available, your name will be compared to our list of purchasers and given a ticket for each bowl that you purchased. Some people already have tickets and their names are most likely not on the list.
Two tents will be set up in the parking lot with additional bowls, our fabulous cookbook and great T-shirts for sale. There will be an area where you may park and get out of your vehicle to make any purchases that you wish. We will be accepting cash, check, debit card and credit cards.
After receiving your soup tickets and menu,you will drive down to the lower rear section of the church, let the person taking orders which soup or soups that you would like to exchange the ticket for. They will then give you a 12 ounce container of the soup that you choose for each of your tickets. You will then drive back up to the upper section and follow the lane to exit the parking lot.
The weather is forecasted to be in the mid-50’s and mostly sunny, a nice fall day.  A great day for some tasty soups.
Looking forward to the event. We are within more than 80% of our goal of  $20,000 in bowl sales.  Between this event and our website sales for the Christmas season should put us over the top. Remember that, when purchasing on the website, we will ship your purchase anywhere in the country for free, that’s right, free shipping on all purchases.
See y’all at the event.
